    In a second bowl, combine the remaining white chocolate chips, remaining sweetened condensed milk, and espresso powder.

    Cook on LOW for 30–45 minutes, stirring occasionally until melted and smooth.

    Step 4: Whip the Coffee Mixture

    Allow the mixture to cool for about 5 minutes, then whisk vigorously for 1–2 minutes until slightly lighter and fluffier.

    Step 5: Layer and Chill

    Spread the whipped coffee mixture over the white chocolate layer. Smooth the surface gently.
