    Easy 3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Lemon Cake

    This 3-ingredient slow cooker lemon cake is the perfect dessert when you want something homemade, warm, and comforting without turning on the oven. Made with yellow cake mix, lemon pie filling, and butter, this easy crockpot dessert delivers a bold citrus flavor and a soft, pudding-like texture that scoops beautifully.
    It’s a true dump-and-go slow cooker dessert: minimal prep, no complicated steps, and almost no cleanup. The lemon pie filling adds just the right balance of sweet and tangy, giving you a bakery-style lemon cake with hardly any effort. Ideal for busy weeknights, potlucks, or whenever a lemon craving hits.

    1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
    1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling

    Directions:

    Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.

    In a medium bowl, combine the dry yellow cake mix and melted butter. Stir until the mixture becomes thick and crumbly. Do not overmix.

    Spread the lemon pie filling evenly across the bottom of the slow cooker.

    Sprinkle the cake mixture evenly over the lemon filling, covering most of the surface.

    Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 to 2½ hours or on LOW for 3½ to 4 hours, until the top is set and lightly golden around the edges.

    Turn off the slow cooker and let the cake rest, covered, for 10–15 minutes before serving.

    Spoon into bowls and serve warm, plain or topped with ice cream, whipped cream, or fresh berries.
