    Neiman Marcus Cake

     

    Indulge in the irresistible Neiman Marcus Cake, a buttery, gooey, and creamy dessert that’s perfect for any occasion! With a buttery cake base, a luscious cream cheese layer, and crunchy pecans or walnuts, this easy-to-make treat is a crowd favorite!

    Ingredients:

    1 box cake mix (any flavor)

    1 stick butter, melted

    2 large eggs

    1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

    1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

    1 (16 oz) box powdered sugar

    1 large egg

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
    In a large bowl, mix cake mix, melted butter, and eggs until a thick batter forms. Fold in chopped nuts and spread evenly into the prepared pan.
    In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and egg until smooth and creamy.
    Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter and spread evenly.
    Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is set and golden. The center should be slightly soft for that gooey texture.
    Cool completely, then slice and serve! For extra sweetness, dust with powdered sugar.

    Pro Tip: Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or drizzle with caramel sauce for an extra indulgent treat!
