Delicious platter candy
Ingredients:
2 cans of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of margarine
1 tablespoon of corn starch
3 boxes of cream
400 g strawberries (reserve some for decoration)
400 g chopped milk chocolate
How to prepare the white brigadeiro:
1. Bring condensed milk, cornstarch and margarine to a boil
2. Stir until thickened
3. Put 1 box of cream and mix
4. Place in a refractory
5. Refrigerate to cool
Strawberries:
1. Wash and dry the strawberries well
2. Cut in half and place in the refractory on top of the white brigadeiro
Milk chocolate:
Place the chocolate in a refractory and melt in a water bath or microwave
Mix well until the chocolate melts completely.
Put 1 box of milk cream and mix (the chocolate will harden)
Put the other box of milk cream and mix (the chocolate will be creamy)
5. Place the chocolate on top of the strawberries
6. Decorate with the reserved strawberries
7. Take it to the fridge to freeze
