    Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs

    1/4 cup melted butter

    24 oz cream cheese, softened

    1 cup sugar

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    4 large eggs

    1 cup sour cream

    1/4 cup all-purpose flour

    1 cup melted chocolate chips

    1 cup fresh sliced strawberries

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

    2. Crust: In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form a solid crust.

    3. Cheesecake Batter: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

    4. Add Eggs: Mix in eggs one at a time for a perfectly smooth consistency.

    5. Combine Sour Cream and Flour: Stir in sour cream and flour until just combined.

    6. Layering: Pour half of the batter over the crust. Stir melted chocolate into the remaining batter, then pour this chocolate layer over the first layer.

    7. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.

    8. Cool: Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour. Then, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

    9. Top with Strawberries: Before serving, add fresh sliced strawberries on top.

    Tips and Variations

Drizzle Extra Chocolate: Add a chocolate drizzle for an extra touch.

Fruit Variations: Swap strawberries for raspberries or blueberries.

Garnish: Top with whipped cream or chocolate shavings for a finishing touch.

Give this Chocolate Strawberry Layered Cheesecake a try and enjoy the incredible combo of chocolate and strawberries!
