    Decadent Chocolate Cake

    Decadent Chocolate Cake

    Ingredients:
    – 2 eggs
    – 1/2 teaspoon salt
    – 120g sugar
    – 150 ml milk
    – 50ml vegetable oil
    – 150g flour
    – 30g cocoa powder
    – 5g baking powder
    – 10g gelatin
    – 50ml water
    – 200g condensed milk
    – 200 ml whipped cream
    – 50g chocolate
    – 40ml lukewarm cream

     

     

    Preparation:
    1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, salt, milk, and oil. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, and mix until well combined.
    2. Pour the batter into a skillet and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
    3. Once baked, divide the cocoa cake into two pieces and transfer the first piece to a mold.
    4. In another bowl, whip condensed milk and whipped cream together, then mix in gelatin. Pour this mixture over the first layer of cake in the mold, then cover with the second piece of cake.
    5. Refrigerate the assembled cake for 1-2 hours to set.
    6. After chilling, top the cake with a mixture of melted chocolate and lukewarm cream.
    7. Take a moment to relax and enjoy this indulgent treat!
