    Crockpot Creamy Chicken Alfredo Tortellini

The ultimate comfort food made easy! This Crockpot Creamy Chicken Alfredo Tortellini features tender, slow-cooked chicken smothered in a rich, cheesy Alfredo sauce with perfectly cooked tortellini. It’s an effortless, family-favorite slow cooker dinner that tastes like an Italian restaurant classic all with minimal prep!

    Ingredients:

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
    1 cup chicken broth
1 package (9–12 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
    1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    ½ tsp salt
    ¼ tsp black pepper
    2 cups fresh spinach (optional)
    Fresh parsley, for garnish

    Instructions:

Place chicken breasts or thighs in the bottom of your crockpot.

Pour Alfredo sauce and chicken broth over the chicken. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir gently to coat the chicken evenly.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.

Remove chicken from the crockpot, shred it with two forks, then return it to the creamy sauce.

Stir in cheese tortellini, Parmesan cheese, and spinach (if using). Cover and cook on HIGH for 20–30 minutes, until the pasta is tender and the sauce is hot and creamy.

Top with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of extra Parmesan. Serve warm and enjoy this cozy, creamy chicken pasta perfection!

    Recipe Notes & Tips:

Use frozen tortellini if preferred just add 10 more minutes to the final cook time.
Substitute light Alfredo sauce or Greek yogurt Alfredo for a lighter version.
Great with a side of garlic bread or steamed broccoli!
