    Crispy Zucchini Bites with Smoked Turkey and Cheese

    If you’re looking for a quick, crispy zucchini recipe, these zucchini bites with smoked turkey and cheese are the perfect choice! Golden on the outside and melty on the inside, this easy appetizer recipe combines fresh zucchini, flavorful smoked turkey, and gooey cheese for a bite-sized snack everyone will love.

    Perfect for party appetizers, healthy snacks, low-carb meals, or quick dinners, these zucchini bites are simple, satisfying, and packed with flavor.

    Ingredients

    • 2 medium zucchinis, grated
    • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
    • 1/2 cup smoked turkey, finely chopped
    • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for low-carb)
    • 1 egg
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel.
    3. In a bowl, combine zucchini, cheese, smoked turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
    4. Mix well until fully combined.
    5. Form small bite-sized balls or patties and place on the baking sheet.
    6. Lightly brush or spray with olive oil.
    7. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

    • Use smoked turkey slices or deli-style smoked turkey for the best flavor.
    • Add herbs like parsley or oregano for extra freshness.
    • Serve with yogurt dip, ranch, or marinara sauce.
