    Crispy Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

    Crispy Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

    These Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges are perfectly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and loaded with bold garlic and cheesy parmesan flavor! They make the ultimate side dish or party appetizer, and pair beautifully with ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce.

    Ingredients:

    3–4 large russet potatoes, cut into thick wedges
    4 tablespoons olive oil
    2 teaspoons salt
    2 teaspoons garlic powder
    2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    Optional: chopped fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish
    Optional: ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

    Instructions:

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a large baking sheet and set aside.
    Prep the potatoes: Place the wedges in a large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss well to coat.
    Season: In a small bowl, whisk together salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the potato wedges, toss to coat evenly, then add the seasoning mix.
    Arrange & bake: Lay the wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer, skin side down.
    Bake for 25–35 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and golden brown.
    Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
