    Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta Recipe

    Looking for a rich and flavorful creamy chicken pasta dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights or cozy weekends? This Tuscan Chicken Pasta is a cheesy, garlicky, and hearty Italian-inspired dinner packed with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and Parmesan in a luscious cream sauce.

    Ingredients:

    2 tbsp olive oil

    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

    1 tsp Italian seasoning

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    4 cloves garlic, minced

    1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

    2 cups heavy cream

    1 cup chicken broth

    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

    8 oz penne pasta, cooked and drained

    2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

    Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)

     

    Instructions:

    1. Sauté the Chicken

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through (5–7 minutes). Remove and set aside.

    2. Make the Creamy Tuscan Sauce

    In the same skillet, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Add heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well. Let it come to a gentle simmer.

    3. Add Cheese & Spice

    Stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes (if using). Simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and become rich.

    4. Toss Everything Together

    Add the cooked pasta, sautéed chicken, and fresh spinach to the sauce. Mix until pasta is well-coated and spinach is wilted.

    5. Serve & Garnish

    Top with chopped fresh basil. Serve hot for a restaurant-style chicken pasta experience right at home!

     

    Recipe Tips:

    Substitute penne with fettuccine or rigatoni for a different texture.

    Add mushrooms or roasted bell peppers for more veggie goodness.

    Want extra protein? Try this with shrimp or sausage.
