    Creamy Spinach Salmon Recipe

     

    This Salmon with Creamy Spinach Sauce recipe is a perfect combination of rich flavors and healthy ingredients. The tender, flaky salmon is pan-seared to perfection, then topped with a velvety spinach and Parmesan cream sauce. It’s a quick and easy dinner idea that’s ready in just 30 minutes, making it ideal for busy weeknights. Serve it with roasted vegetables, rice, or mashed potatoes for a satisfying meal. Packed with protein, healthy fats, and nutrients, this dish is as nutritious as it is delicious!

    Ingredients:

    4 fresh salmon fillets

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    Salt and black pepper to taste

    1 shallot, finely minced

    2 garlic cloves, minced

    4 cups fresh spinach leaves

    1 cup heavy cream

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Lemon wedges for garnish

    Instructions:

    Step 1: Season the Salmon
    Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over the salmon fillets for a flavorful base.

    Step 2: Cook the Salmon

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

    Cook salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and flaky.
