    Creamy Garlic Shrimp & Mushroom Skillet

    Creamy Garlic Shrimp & Mushroom Skillet

    Make this quick and easy Creamy Garlic Shrimp & Mushroom Skillet in under 20 minutes! A rich, flavorful one-pan shrimp recipe made with mushrooms, parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Perfect for pasta, rice, or low-carb meals.

    Ingredients:

    200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
    200g mushrooms, sliced (button or cremini)
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 cup heavy cream
    1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp butter
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
    Cooked pasta or rice (for serving)

    Instructions:

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté 5–6 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
    In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook 1 minute until fragrant.
    Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
    Pour in broth and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
    Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
    Return mushrooms to the skillet and mix well. Heat through.
    Serve hot over pasta, rice, or a low-carb base, and garnish with fresh parsley.
