    Creamy Beef and Cheddar Pasta

     

    Try this creamy beef and cheddar pasta recipe for a quick weeknight dinner! Loaded with cheesy goodness, tender ground beef, and savory flavors, it’s the ultimate comfort food pasta.

    Ingredients:

    1 lb ground beef (for cheesy beef pasta)
    2 cups medium pasta shells (perfect for creamy pasta dishes)
    1 small onion, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp all-purpose flour
    2 cups whole milk
    1 cup beef broth
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for creamy cheddar sauce)
    ½ tsp paprika
    ½ tsp salt
    ¼ tsp black pepper
    ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
    2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

    Instructions:

    Boil pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Perfect for creamy beef pasta recipes.

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, cook 3–4 minutes until softened. Add garlic, cook 30 seconds.

    Add ground beef and cook until browned for a flavorful beef pasta base.

    Stir in flour, cook 1–2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk and beef broth, stirring to avoid lumps. Simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened for a rich creamy pasta sauce.

    Mix in shredded cheddar, paprika, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.

    Cook until smooth for the ultimate cheesy beef pasta.

    Toss cooked pasta shells in the creamy cheddar beef sauce.

    Top with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately as a quick weeknight comfort dinner.
