    Cheesy Stuffed Chicken recipe

This Cheesy Stuffed Chicken recipe is the perfect combination of simplicity and flavor, making it an ideal choice for busy weeknights. Juicy chicken breasts are stuffed with a creamy cheese and garlic filling, then seasoned to perfection. It’s a quick, satisfying meal that pairs beautifully with your favorite sides. With minimal prep and big flavors, this dish is sure to become a family favorite.

    Ingredients:

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

    1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

    1/4 cup chopped spinach (optional)

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 teaspoon paprika

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the cheesy filling:
Mix shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese, cream cheese, chopped spinach, and minced garlic in a bowl until smooth and creamy.

    2. Stuff the chicken breasts:
Carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast using a sharp knife. Be sure not to cut all the way through! Fill each pocket with the cheesy mixture. Secure the edges with toothpicks, if needed, to keep the filling inside.

    3. Season the chicken:
Rub the chicken with olive oil, then generously sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper over both sides.

    4. Cook to golden perfection:
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the stuffed chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side, or until they are beautifully golden brown and cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

    5. Serve and enjoy:
Remove toothpicks and serve your Cheesy Stuffed Chicken hot! Pair it with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, or a crisp salad for a complete meal.
