    Ingredients:

3 medium potatoes, peeled and grated

    1 onion, thinly sliced

    1 carrot, grated

    5 cloves of garlic, minced

100g cheese, grated (cheddar or mozzarella works great)

A handful of spring onions, finely chopped

    1 egg

    Salt, to taste

    3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

    Instructions:

    1. Grate the potatoes and squeeze out any excess water using a clean towel or cheesecloth.
