    Cheesy Cream Cheese Corn Casserole Recipe

    This Cheesy Cream Cheese Corn Casserole is the ultimate side dish, combining sweet corn with a creamy, cheesy base and a golden, bubbly topping.     Ingredients:

    2 cans (15 oz each) whole kernel corn, drained

    1 can (15 oz) creamed corn

    1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

    1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

    1/2 cup sour cream

    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

    1/4 teaspoon onion powder

    Salt and black pepper, to taste

    Optional: 1/4 cup chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat the Oven

    Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.

    2. Mix the Ingredients

    In a large bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, creamed corn, cream cheese, melted butter, and sour cream.

    Stir in 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

    3. Assemble the Casserole

    Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

    Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese on top for that irresistible cheesy finish.

    4. Bake

    Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling and the cheese on top is golden brown.

    Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes after removing it from the oven.
