    Cheesecake Fruit Salad Recipe

    Looking for a quick, refreshing dessert that’s perfect for summer parties, potlucks, or family gatherings? This Cheesecake Fruit Salad combines a luscious cream cheese mixture with fluffy whipped cream, juicy fresh fruit, and optional mini marshmallows for extra sweetness. It’s a crowd-pleasing, no-bake treat that comes together in minutes!

    Ingredients:

    1 cup heavy whipping cream
    8 oz cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    3 cups mixed fruit (strawberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple, etc.)
    1 cup mini marshmallows (optional for extra fluffiness)

    Instructions:

     

    In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

    In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

    Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.

    Stir in the mixed fruit and mini marshmallows (if using). Gently toss until everything is coated in the creamy cheesecake mixture.

    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend together. Serve cold and enjoy!

    Tips & Variations:

    Swap in seasonal fruits like mangoes, peaches, or kiwis.
    Use light cream cheese for a lower-calorie version.
    Top with crushed graham crackers for a cheesecake-like crunch!
