    Air Fryer Blueberry Biscuit Bombs

These air fryer blueberry biscuit bombs are the perfect quick dessert—crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, and bursting with sweet blueberry filling. Made with simple ingredients like canned biscuits and pie filling, this recipe is ideal for busy weeknights, brunch treats, or last-minute desserts.

    Ingredients

    • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough (non-flaky layers)
    • 1 cup (262 g) blueberry pie filling (store-bought or homemade)
    • ½ cup (113 g) butter, melted
    • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

    Instructions

    1. Prepare the Biscuit Dough
Remove biscuits from the can and gently separate each into two layers to create 16 pieces. Roll each piece into a 4-inch circle using a rolling pin.
    2. Add the Blueberry Filling
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of blueberry pie filling into the center of each dough circle.
    3. Seal and Shape
Carefully pull the edges of the dough together, pinch to seal tightly, and roll into smooth balls.
    4. Coat with Butter and Sugar
Brush each dough ball with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with sugar for a golden, slightly crisp finish.
    5. Air Fry to Perfection
Place the biscuit bombs in the air fryer basket, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Air fry at 330°F (165°C) for 7–8 minutes, or until golden brown.
    6. Serve Warm
Enjoy immediately for the best texture and flavor.
