Best Ever Beef Stew
Ingredients
1/2 cup oil
1 kg boneless beef
2 tbs ginger garlic paste
2 large tomato paste
1 tbs red chilli powder
1/2 tbs turmeric
salt as per taste
1/2 cup fried onions
3-4 cups water
1 boiled potatoes
1/2 tbs black pepper
capsicum
Directions
Step 1
In a saucepan add 1/2 cup oil and boneless then fry for 5 minutes
Step 2
Add 2 tbs ginger garlic paste and again fry for 5 minutes
Step 3
Add 2 large tomato paste then mix it after that add 1 tbs red chilli powder, 1/2 tbs turmeric and salt as per taste then mix it very well
Step 4
Add 1/2 cup fried onions then fry until it is roasted
Step 5
then add 3-4 cups of water and cook until it thickens
Step 6
then in a pan add 1 boiled potato but chopped them in big pieces sprinkle 1/2 tbs black pepper then add capsicum and fry for 5 minutes
Step 7
add veggies in the beef stew and cook for 2-3 minutes
Step 8
Beef stew is ready now serve!!
