Ingredients:
1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and finely chopped
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free optional)
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil (for baking)

1 ripe avocado

Instructions:
