Looking for an easy lobster tail recipe that’s perfect for special occasions or a romantic dinner at home? These oven-baked lobster tails with garlic butter sauce are rich, flavorful, and ready in under 20 minutes! Ideal for a surf and turf dinner, Valentine’s Day, or a holiday seafood feast.

    Ingredients:

    2 fresh lobster tails

    4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

    2 garlic cloves, minced

    1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

    ½ tsp paprika

    Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley and lemon wedges for garnish

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
    2. With kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top of each lobster shell down the center. Gently pull the meat upward to rest on top of the shell for a restaurant-style presentation.
    3. In a bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the garlic butter glaze.
    4. Brush the seasoned garlic butter generously over the lobster meat.
    5. Place the prepared lobster tails on the baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
    6. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges before serving.

    Pro Tips:

Pair with a juicy ribeye steak or filet mignon for a stunning surf and turf meal.

Serve alongside garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus, or buttery risotto.
