    These Baked Garlic Butter Potatoes make the perfect side dish for any meal. Roasted to perfection with a crispy exterior and tender interior, they are infused with rich garlic butter flavor. Simple seasonings of salt and pepper enhance their taste, and a sprinkle of fresh parsley adds a pop of color. Ready in under an hour, these potatoes are ideal for busy weeknights or special dinners.      Baked Garlic Butter Potatoes Recipe

     Ingredients:
    – 1 kg of potatoes (any variety), peeled and cut into quarters
    – 4 garlic cloves, minced
    – 4 tablespoons melted butter
    – Salt and pepper to taste
    – Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

    Instructions:
    1-Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2-Coat Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the potato quarters with minced garlic and melted butter until well coated.
    3-Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
    4-Season: Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.
    5-Bake: Roast the potatoes in the oven for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
    6-Cool Slightly: Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
    7-Garnish: Optionally, top with chopped fresh parsley for added color and freshness.
    8-Serve: Serve hot alongside your favorite dishes.
