Copycat portillo’s chopped salad
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup red cabbage chopped
- 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce chopped
- 1/2 cup roma tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions chopped
- 1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese crumbles
- 1 1/2 cups cooked ditalini pasta
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken chopped
- 1/3 cup cooked bacon chopped
- 1 cup lemon vinaigrette salad dressing

Step1: In a bowl add the romaine, iceberg lettuce, cabbage, ditalini, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, green onions, and gorgonzola.
