    Elegant Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs (Deviled Eggs with Cream Cheese & Dill)

    These smoked salmon deviled eggs are a refined twist on the classic deviled eggs recipe.      Ingredients

    •  6 large eggs
    •  80 g smoked salmon
    • 2 tbsp cream cheese (Philadelphia, St Môret, or similar)
    •  1 tsp lemon juice
    •  1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
    • Pinch of salt
    •  Freshly ground black pepper
    •  Extra dill for garnish

     Step-by-Step Instructions

     Boil the Eggs

    Place eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil.
    Simmer for 10 minutes until fully cooked.
    Transfer to cold water to stop cooking and make peeling easier.

    Tip: Fresh eggs can be harder to peel—slightly older eggs work best.

     Prepare the Eggs

    Slice each egg in half lengthwise.
    Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
