    Million Dollar Layered Lasagna Recipe

    The Ultimate Creamy, Cheesy, Comfort-Food Lasagna
    This Million Dollar Layered Lasagna is a rich, restaurant-style pasta dish made with juicy ground beef, Italian sausage, creamy ricotta, and golden melted mozzarella. Perfect for family dinners, parties, holidays, or meal prep, this recipe brings comfort food to a whole new level.

    Ingredients:

    12 lasagna noodles
    1 lb ground beef
    1/2 lb Italian sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
    1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
    1/2 cup water
    1 tbsp dried basil
    1 tbsp dried oregano
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
    2 cups ricotta cheese
    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    2 large eggs
    2 cups heavy cream
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
    Fresh basil leaves

    Directions:

    Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    In a skillet, sauté the ground beef, Italian sausage, onion, and garlic until browned.
    Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, basil, oregano, sugar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
    Simmer for 20–25 minutes until thick and flavorful.

    In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup Parmesan, eggs, and heavy cream until smooth and luxurious.

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in your baking dish.
    Add noodles → cheese mixture → sauce.
    Repeat layers, finishing with sauce.

    Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
    Cover with foil and bake 25–30 minutes.

    Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.

    Let rest for 10 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley and basil.
    Slice and enjoy this creamy, hearty masterpiece!
