1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (undrained)
½ cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Garnish (Optional):
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Extra Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Bring salted water to a boil and cook bowtie pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Stir in onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Stir in diced tomatoes and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes to develop flavor.
Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese. Cook until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
