    Perfectly Tender Beef Pot Roast

This Beef Pot Roast recipe is the perfect comfort food, delivering juicy, tender beef paired with flavorful, roasted carrots and potatoes. The dish is seasoned with a blend of Creole spices, black pepper, and aromatic herbs, creating a mouthwatering meal that’s sure to impress. The slow-roasting process ensures that the beef absorbs all the rich flavors, making every bite irresistible. Simple to prepare, this recipe is ideal for a cozy family dinner or a special occasion. Serve it hot and enjoy the delicious harmony of savory goodness.

    Ingredients:

    – Baby carrots
    – 1 large potato, chopped
    – 3 tablespoons Creole seasoning
    – 1 tablespoon black pepper
    – 2 tablespoons onion powder
    – 1 tablespoon garlic powder
    – 1 tablespoon celery flakes
    – 1 tablespoon parsley
    – 1 cup water

    Instructions:

    1. Prep Your Veggies: Start by chopping the potato and leaving the baby carrots whole.

    2. Season the Beef: Rub the beef roast with Creole seasoning, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, celery flakes, and parsley.

    3. Sear for Flavor: Sear the seasoned beef in a hot skillet until it’s browned on all sides.

    4. Bake: Transfer the seared beef to a casserole dish. Pour in a cup of water, and sprinkle a bit more Creole seasoning if you like it extra flavorful. Cover tightly with tin foil.

    5. Roast: Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 2.5 hours.

    6. Add Vegetables: After 2.5 hours, remove the foil, add the chopped potato and baby carrots around the beef, and return to the oven.

    7. Finish Baking: Continue baking, uncovered, for another 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the beef is juicy and tender.

    8. Serve: Plate your Beef Pot Roast with the roasted carrots and potatoes for a comforting, flavorful meal.
