    4. Slow Cook: Cover and cook on LOW 5–6 hours or HIGH 2 1/2–3 hours until chicken is tender and pulls from the bone.
    5. Optional Broil for Crisp Skin: Preheat broiler. Transfer chicken to a foil-lined sheet and broil 3–5 minutes until skin is golden.
