    • 2 to 2½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (frozen or fresh)
    • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
    • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
    • 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning mix

    Instructions

    1. Place frozen chicken breasts in the bottom of a 5–6 quart slow cooker. Spread evenly.
    2. In a bowl, mix together:
      • cream of chicken soup
      • cream cheese
      • ranch seasoning
        Stir until smooth and creamy.
    3. Spoon the mixture over the chicken, covering as much as possible.
    4. Cover and cook:
      • LOW: 6–7 hours
      • HIGH: 3½–4 hours
        until chicken is tender and fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
    5. Shred or slice chicken directly in the slow cooker and mix with the creamy sauce.
    6. Serve hot over:
      • egg noodles
      • mashed potatoes
      • white rice
