INGREDIENTS:
- 4 eggplants
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- bread crumbs
INSTRUCTIONS:
For our recipe, we are going to need four eggplants with the help of a peeler, peel all of them.
Now cut these eggplants into slices without breaking the stem completely then cut these slices into strips.
In a large bowl add water, one tablespoon of salt and stir to combine, add into the bowl the four eggplants and place a plate on top to help soak them in the water.
Let them rest for 10 minutes in the water, after that time, remove from the water and dry all the eggplants with kitchen paper.
To continue, on a plate, add 3 eggs, two tablespoons of cornstarch, and stir. Dip all the eggplants into the egg mixture.
In another bowl, add bread crumbs and coat them with it.
Do the same process with all the others. In a pan, pour a lot of oil.
And when it’s very hot, add the eggplants here to fry, and when they’re very golden brown, remove from the pan.
And the recipe is ready.
