    Spicy Green Chile Macaroni Sopita

    Spicy Green Chile Macaroni Sopita

Looking for a bold and flavorful twist on classic sopita? This Green Chile Macaroni Sopita is the perfect blend of spicy, cheesy, and savory goodness. Made with ground beef, green chile paste, and creamy Muenster cheese, this one-pot meal is a quick and easy dinner idea that the whole family will love!

    Ingredients:

    ½ pound lean ground beef

    1½ cups uncooked elbow macaroni

¾ cup green chile paste (homemade or store-bought)

    2 cups beef broth

    2 garlic cloves, minced

1 small white onion, finely chopped

Salt and black pepper to taste

    1 fresh tomato, diced

1 can El Pato brand hot tomato sauce (for extra kick)

Shredded or cubed Muenster cheese (for that creamy finish)

    Instructions:

    1. Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, salt, and pepper, cooking until meat is no longer pink.

    2. Stir in the uncooked macaroni, green chile paste, diced tomato, and chopped onion. Sauté for 8–10 minutes to let the flavors combine.

    3. Pour in the El Pato tomato sauce and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.

    4. Cook uncovered for another 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Add more broth if you prefer a soupier consistency.

    5. Serve hot, topped with melted Muenster cheese for a rich, gooey finish!

Perfect for cold nights or quick weeknight meals, this green chile pasta soup is a must-try for fans of Mexican-inspired comfort food.
