    Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef Recipe

    Ingredients:

1.5 pounds thinly sliced flank steak, coated with 1/4 cup cornstarch

    1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

    1 teaspoon chopped garlic

    1 teaspoon chopped ginger

    1/3 cup brown sugar

    1/2 cup soy sauce

    1/2 cup water

Optional: 1/2 cup sliced green onions or as a garnish

    Instructions:

Place cornstarch-coated flank steak, toasted sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in the slow cooker.

In another bowl, whisk the soy sauce, brown sugar, and water.
Drizzle this mix over the beef, ensuring it’s well coated
Cover and set your slow cooker: low heat for 4-5 hours or high heat for 2-3 hours, till the beef is soft.

Optionally, mix in the green onions 30 minutes before it’s done. Serve over rice or noodles and garnish with more green onions if you like. Relish!

To wrap it up, no matter how frantic life gets, this Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef ensures a tasty homemade meal is always within reach. Keep this recipe handy for those times when you need some culinary comfort. It won’t let you down.
