Slow Cooker Italian Ravioli
This Slow Cooker Italian Ravioli is the ultimate comfort food cheesy, saucy, and loaded with Italian flavors! Perfect for a busy weeknight or a cozy weekend meal.
Ingredients:
1 (25 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Fresh basil (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
Layer Ingredients:
1. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of your slow cooker.
2. Add half of the frozen cheese ravioli in an even layer.
3. Top with half of the ricotta cheese and sprinkle with dried basil and oregano.
4. Add a generous layer of mozzarella cheese.
Repeat Layers:
5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, marinara sauce, ricotta, and herbs.
6. Finish with the rest of the mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for that extra cheesy goodness!
Cook:
7. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours until the ravioli is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
