    Ingredients:

2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes

    1 tablespoon vegetable oil

    1 onion, chopped

    3 carrots, sliced

    3 potatoes, peeled and diced

    1/2 head of cabbage, chopped

    3. Layer the Vegetables: Add the chopped onion, sliced carrots, diced potatoes, and chopped cabbage on top of the beef.

    4. Add Broth and Seasonings: Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle in salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and add the bay leaves.

    5. Combine: Gently stir the ingredients to mix the flavors evenly.

    6. Cook: Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, until the beef becomes tender and the vegetables are perfectly cooked.
