    Seafood Mac and Cheese

     

    INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
    2 Cups.Of dry Macaroni.
    6 ounces.Of Claw Crab Meat.
    8 ounces. Of Shrimp, we will peel and devein them.
    8 ounces.Of Sour Cream.
    4 large spoons.Of soft Butter.
    2 large spoons.Of Flour.
    A medium Onion.
    A medium can. Of Evaporated Milk.
    8 ounces.Of block Sharp White Cheddar Cheese.
    4 ounces.Of block Mozzarella Cheese.
    ¼ Cup.Of “Panko“ Bread Crumbs.
    Salt and ground Black Pepper, to taste.

    PREPARATION METHOD:
    Step 1:
    I turned the oven’s temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and I peeled and deveined the shrimp.
    Step 2:
    Then, I cooked the macaroni as directed on the box, and drained it thoroughly.
    Step 3:
    In a big mixing bowl, I poured the drained macaroni, and stir in the sour cream gradually until all of the noodles were well seasoned. And, I stir in the crab meat thoroughly.
    Step 4:
    Then, I chopped the green onion finely, and I grated the white cheddar cheese, and the mozzarella cheese Using a cheese grater. And I set these ingredients aside for later.
    Step 5:
    Then, I melted the butter in a medium saucepan or skillet, and I tossed in the shrimp, turning and mixing the shrimp until they were finely cooked.
    Step 6:
    Let the shrimp out of the tub. When the mixture has settled, chop it gently. Toss in with the macaroni and cheese.
    Step 7:
    In a saucepan, I sautéd the finely sliced onions until they were tender, and I combined the flour and onions in a large mixing bowl. i browned for around 2 minutes. Slowly drizzle in the milk, stirring vigorously until the mixture thickens.
    Step 8:
    And I stir in the grated Cheddar Cheese until it melted completely, and I poured this mixture Over the macaroni mixture, and mixed it all together thoroughly, and seasoned it with salt and pepper.
    Step 9:
    At this stage, I placed the mixture in a baking dish that has been lightly buttered. And I sprinkled the mozzarella cheese on the top. And over this, I strewed the bread crumbs.
    Step 10:
    To add flavor, I sprinkled gently with paprika, and baked for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees F, or until the top is golden brown.
    Step 11:
    And after 20 minutes, it needed to serve warm!!! I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!
