PRESTIGIOUS CAKE
Start by preparing the stuffing…
FILLING INGREDIENTS:

1 Can of condensed milk
1 box of cream
100 grams of grated coconut.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
.
Mix these 3 Ingredients and lead to medium fire always stirring until it thickens well and starts to disgrace from the bottom of the pan. Reserve.

DOUGH INGREDIENTS:
.
I used a 240ml cup to measure, okay?

3 eggs
1/2 (half) cup of oil
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk
2 cups unbleached wheat flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon chemical yeast.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
.
Place the eggs and oil in a bowl and beat for about 2 minutes (by hand) here I used a fue.

Then put the sugar, milk, wheat and yeast and mix well.
.
Pour all the dough into a greased and floured mold (here I used one with a hole in the middle measuring 22cm in diameter and 8cm in height)

Then, with the help of 2 spoons, put all the stuffing in the dough.

Then take it to the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 40 minutes, or until it is completely baked. Time may vary from oven to oven.

BRIGADEIRO MOLE INGREDIENTS:

1 box of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of margarine or butter
3 spoons (soup) of powdered chocolate.
1/2 box of cream.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
.
In a pan mix the margarine, condensed milk and chocolate and lead to medium heat stirring constantly until it thickens. Turn off the heat, add the cream and mix until well incorporated.

Once the cake is warm and completely released from the mold, just unmold it and pour the frosting over it. If you prefer, finish with sprinkles or grated coconut and that’s it!
