Oreo Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:
1 cup warm milk
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1/3 cup butter, melted
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup Oreo cookie crumbs, for topping
Cream Cheese Icing:
1/4 cup butter, softened
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm milk and let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
In a large bowl, mix sugar, eggs, melted butter, and then add the yeast mixture. Gradually add flour and salt until a dough forms.
Knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth, then place in a greased bowl, covering to let rise for 1 hour.
Roll out dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread softened butter over dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and crushed Oreos.
Roll up dough tightly, cut into 12 pieces, and place in a greased baking pan. Let rise again for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
While baking, beat together cream cheese icing ingredients until smooth. Spread over warm rolls and sprinkle with Oreo crumbs.
