    Irresistible Honey Garlic Lime Salmon

     

    If you’ve never tried salmon this way, get ready for a game-changer! This honey garlic lime salmon is buttery, flavorful, and absolutely mouthwatering. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or a special meal, this dish is packed with zesty lime, sweet honey, and savory garlic goodness.

    Ingredients:

    4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

    4 cloves garlic, minced

    2 tbsp honey

    1 tbsp lime juice

    Zest of 1 lime

    2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley, for garnish

    Lime wedges, for serving

    Instructions:

    Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.

    Prepare the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, honey, lime juice, and zest.

    Drizzle the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.

    Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon easily flakes with a fork. For a golden, slightly caramelized finish, broil for the last 2-3 minutes, watching carefully.

    Garnish with parsley, squeeze some fresh lime over the top, and serve hot!

    Variations & Pro Tips:

    Want a spicy kick? Add red pepper flakes or a dash of sriracha to the butter mix.
    No fresh lime? Bottled lime juice works in a pinch, but fresh lime gives the best flavor.
