    Heavenly Summer Peach Cobbler Poke Cake

     

    Indulge in the flavors of summer with this Heavenly Peach Cobbler Poke Cake, featuring a moist vanilla base, luscious peach filling, and creamy whipped topping. Perfect for any gathering, this easy dessert will delight your taste buds and impress your guests!

    Ingredients:

    – 1 box vanilla cake mix (plus ingredients to prepare it)
    – 2 cups peach pie filling
    – 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    – 1/4 cup powdered sugar
    – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    – 2 fresh peaches, sliced
    – 1 cup crushed graham crackers
    – Fresh mint leaves for garnish

    Directions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the vanilla cake mix following the package instructions.

    2. Pour the batter into a 9×13 inch baking dish and bake as directed. Allow the cake to cool completely.

    3. Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes evenly across the cake.

    4. Spread the peach pie filling over the cake, ensuring the holes are filled.

    5. In a large bowl, whip together the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

    6. Spread the whipped cream over the peach layer.

    7. Garnish with fresh peach slices, crushed graham crackers, and mint leaves.

    8. Chill the cake for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld before serving.
