For the Seafood:
4 large sea scallops, seared
6 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 crab claw (or lump crab meat)
1 tbsp butter (for searing seafood)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Prepare the Bisque Base
1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery; sauté 3–4 minutes until softened.
3. Stir in smoked paprika, cayenne, and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute.
