    Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tortellini with Broccoli

    Looking for a quick and delicious one-pan chicken pasta dinner? This creamy garlic Parmesan tortellini with chicken and broccoli is the ultimate comfort food recipe! Juicy chicken, cheesy tortellini, and tender broccoli are smothered in a rich garlic-Parmesan sauce a perfect weeknight family meal that’s ready in just 35 minutes!

    Ingredients:

    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    2 cups heavy cream

    1 cup chicken broth

    1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

    1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

    1 (9 oz) package cheese tortellini

    2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

    1 teaspoon dried basil (optional)

    1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

    Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

    Instructions:

    1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 6–7 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked. Remove, rest briefly, and slice into strips.

    2. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute (don’t let it burn!).

    3. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

    4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with a splash of water and stir it in gradually.

    5. Meanwhile, cook cheese tortellini as per package instructions. In the last 2 minutes, toss in the broccoli florets to blanch them.

    6. Drain pasta and broccoli, then fold them into the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.

    7. Add sliced chicken and toss everything until evenly coated. Sprinkle with garlic powder, dried basil, and fresh parsley.

    8. Serve hot, with extra Parmesan on top if desired!
