    Creamy Beef and Bowtie Pasta

     

    This cheesy, creamy beef and bowtie pasta is the ultimate comfort food! Made in just one pan, it’s packed with flavor and perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

    Ingredients:

    1 lb ground beef

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    ½ medium onion, diced

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    3 cups beef broth

    1 cup heavy cream

    2 cups bowtie pasta (farfalle)

    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)

    1 tsp paprika (optional, for added flavor)

    Directions:

    Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with diced onions and minced garlic until browned and fragrant. Drain excess fat and season with salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).

    Simmer with Pasta: Add beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Mix in the bowtie pasta and bring to a simmer.

    Cook to Perfection: Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is tender and the sauce thickens.

    Cheesy Goodness: Lower the heat, stir in shredded cheese, and mix until the sauce is creamy and rich. Adjust seasoning if needed.

    Serve & Enjoy: Garnish with extra cheese or fresh parsley for a delicious finishing touch!
