    Cheesy Ground Beef Tortilla Wraps

     

    These Cheesy Ground Beef Wraps are the ultimate comfort food, perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings. Packed with seasoned ground beef, creamy cheese, and fresh vegetables, they deliver bold flavors in every bite. The crispy toasted tortillas add the perfect crunch to this easy and satisfying meal. Customize with your favorite toppings like sour cream, cilantro, or hot sauce for added flair. Ready in just 30 minutes, they’re a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!

    Ingredients:

    1 lb (450 g) ground beef

    1 small onion, diced

    1 red bell pepper, diced

    1 cup corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)

    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

    1/2 cup cream cheese

    1/4 cup salsa or diced tomatoes

    1 tsp chili powder

    1 tsp paprika

    1/2 tsp garlic powder

    Salt and pepper to taste

    4 large tortillas

    1 tbsp olive oil

    Optional toppings: fresh cilantro, sour cream, or hot sauce

    Directions:

    1. Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat if necessary.

    2. Add Veggies: Stir in onions, bell pepper, and corn. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until the vegetables soften.

    3. Season: Mix in chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Combine well.

    4. Make It Creamy: Lower the heat and add cream cheese and salsa. Stir until the mixture is creamy and fully blended. Remove from heat.

    5. Assemble Wraps: Lay tortillas flat and sprinkle a layer of cheddar cheese on each. Divide the beef mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center. Top with more cheddar cheese.

    6. Roll and Toast: Roll the tortillas tightly like burritos. Heat a clean skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and toast for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

    7. Serve: Slice wraps in half and serve warm. Garnish with optional toppings or pair with a fresh side salad.
