Ingredients:

4 medium zucchini, sliced lengthwise into halves

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Prepare the zucchini:

Arrange the zucchini halves on the baking sheet, cut side up.
