    Ingredients

    For the Juicy Homemade Meatballs:

    450g ground beef (or substitute with ground turkey for a leaner option)

    60g breadcrumbs

    30g grated Parmesan cheese

    15g fresh chopped parsley

    1 egg

    2 garlic cloves, minced

    1 tsp Italian seasoning

    Salt and black pepper, to taste

    For the Cheesy Garlic Bread Wrap:

    1 can (450g) refrigerated pizza dough or garlic bread dough

    60g melted unsalted butter

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    15g chopped parsley

    120g shredded mozzarella cheese

    Instructions

    1. Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.

    1. Make the Savory Meatballs

    In a large bowl, mix together the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
    Form into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm in size. Set aside.

    1. Prepare the Dough

    Roll out the pizza or garlic bread dough on a floured surface. Slice into squares big enough to wrap each meatball.

    1. Assemble the Meatball Bombs

    Place a meatball in the center of each dough square. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
    Fold and seal the dough completely around each meatball to form a “bomb.”

    1. Add Garlic Butter Magic

    In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
    Brush this flavorful garlic butter over each dough ball.

    1. Bake to Golden Perfection

    Place your meatball bombs on the baking tray.
    Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked inside.

    Let cool slightly before serving. Pair with warm marinara sauce or spicy arrabbiata for the ultimate dipping experience.
