INGREDIENTS:
for two gourmands
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 kohlrabi
- 35g kohlrabi
- 120g udon noodles
- 1/2 onion
- 46g salty soy sauce
- 250g ground beef
- 10g of rice vinegar
- 10g of black sesame
Vegetables
Chop half the onion.
Peel and cut the kohlrabi into sticks.
Peel and cut the carrot into wedges.
In a sauté pan, heat a drizzle of cooking oil over medium-high heat.
Sauté the vegetables for 20 minutes. Salt, pepper.
Halfway through cooking, add a little water and cover to speed up cooking.
Meanwhile, prepare the dumplings.
Dumplings
Chop (dice) the rest of the onion.
In a sauté pan, heat a drizzle of cooking oil over medium-high heat.
Sauté the onion for about 5 minutes. Reserve it on a plate.
Meanwhile, peel and finely chop or grate the ginger.
In a salad bowl, mix the crumbled ground beef, ginger and cooked onion. Salt, pepper.
Using your hands form balls.
Heat a drizzle of cooking oil again in the sauté pan.
Brown the meatballs for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
While cooking, prepare the teriyaki sauce.

In a bowl, mix the rice vinegar, soy sauce and sugar.
After the meatballs have cooked for 5 minutes, add the sauce to the meatballs sauté pan and continue cooking for 5 minutes over high heat, stirring regularly.
At the same time, cook the Asian noodles.
Asian noodles
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the Asian noodles for 4 min.
Serve immediately the teriyaki beef balls sprinkled with black sesame and accompanied by vegetables and Asian noodles
