Savory Hamburger Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
– 1 lb. lean ground beef
– 1 can creamy mushroom soup
– 1 can tomato soup
– 1 can drained whole kernel corn
– 2 tsp. flavorful chili powder
– 1 finely chopped onion
– 1 1/2 cups cooked and drained macaroni noodles
– Ample grated cheddar cheese for topping
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook the macaroni noodles as per the package instructions.
3. In a skillet, brown the lean ground beef along with the onion until cooked thoroughly. Season with chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
4. Combine the creamy mushroom soup, tomato soup, and drained corn in a bowl. Add this mixture to the cooked ground beef.
5. Mix in the cooked macaroni noodles until well combined.
6. Transfer the mixture into a 9×13 baking dish.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
8. During the last 15 minutes of baking, generously top the casserole with grated cheddar cheese.
