Experience the hearty flavors of the Wild West with this tantalizing Cattle Drive Casserole!

    Ingredients:
    – 1 ½ pounds ground beef
    – 1 minced onion
    – 1 taco seasoning packet
    – ½ cup sour cream
    – ½ cup mayonnaise
    – ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
    – ½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese (divided)
    – One 4-ounce can diced green chilies (drained)
    – 2 cups Bisquick
    – 1 cup water

    Instructions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    2. In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the taco seasoning until fully cooked.
    3. Add minced onion and diced green chilies to the skillet and cook until the onion is tender and slightly browned, about 5 minutes.
    4. In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and half of each shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheese. Set aside.
    5. In another bowl, combine Bisquick and water until a soft dough forms.
    6. Spread the Bisquick dough into a greased 9-by-13-inch casserole dish.
    7. Layer the cooked ground beef mixture over the Bisquick dough.
    8. Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the beef layer.
    9. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheese on top.
    10. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
    11. Let it cool slightly before serving.
    12. Indulge in the savory flavors of your Cattle Drive Casserole!

Enjoy the rustic charm and comforting taste of this delicious dish, perfect for satisfying any cowboy-sized appetite!
