Beef Burger Casserole:
Ingredients:
– 1 lb. beef burgers (instead of ground beef)
– 1 can cream of mushroom soup
– 1 can tomato soup
– 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
– 2 tsp. chili powder
– 1 onion, chopped
– 1 1/2 c. macaroni noodles, cooked and drained
– Grated cheddar cheese, enough to cover casserole
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cook macaroni noodles according to package instructions.
3. Brown the beef burgers and onion. Add chili powder and salt and pepper to taste.
4. Mix the cream soups and corn together, then add to the cooked beef burgers. Add macaroni, mix well.
5. Put the mixture in a 9×13 baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
6. Cover with grated cheese for the last 15 minutes of baking. Enjoy your delicious Beef Burger Casserole!
