NUTTY MOIST BANANA BREAD
Ingredients
2 overripe bananas
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cups flour
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup crushed almond and cashew nuts
Procedure
In a bowl, mash overripe bananas
Add oil, milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla extract. Mix gently to combine
Add baking powder and salt to flour, sieve into wet ingredients and mix to combine.
Do not overmix.
Fold in 1/2 cup of the crushed nuts
Pour into a lined baking pan
Sprikle the remaining crushed nuts and whole almond nuts on the batter.
Bake for 45min- 1hr until skewer inserted comes out with little crumbs.
